Start an own server NEED HELP

I really need help with few things, my server is almost done just small things left, like I cant logg into my own server, can someone help? I can take help on teamwiever also!

Which ip do you use to login to your server? Already tried 127.0.0.1 or your IPv4 address? (Other people should use your global ip: What Is My IP � | Shows Your IP Address.).
Do you have your global ip in config.lua?
And for other people to login or from other computers you should open port 7171 and 7172 in your router.

You've got skype so we can write there? I've got my global IP in confiq lua and more, give me ur skype or add mines so we can write there! (Lillpsycko)

If you host the server on the computer you use to login, then you need to use 127.0.0.1 or your IPv4 address in your IP Changer, not your global ip. Your global ip is for config.lua and for other people or from other computer to login.

Oh now I could enter, I can enter the account but not the server, it say's " Cannot connect to the game server " Error: Connection refused. (10061) The game server is offline. Check www.tibia.com for more inforamtion blablabla, what to do now?

Already tried using your IPv4 address (IP to open your ports, you can find it with start search, cmd, in the black window type inconfig and enter)?
Else try to turn off firewall.

I cant search that in CMD beacuse its on swedish, and my Firewall is already off
