Starting level

Hello i can't seem to find where to edit starting level of characters in ModernAAC i've been looking around alot but i just can't find it please help.

Edit your samples in database (http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin), goto to your database then players and edit * Sample

thought it was in config.php?

why don't you edit login.lua so if you login for first time u get X amount of exp?
