status on the website

Hi, my server is online, but website shows it is offline ... i need good and fast solution

i tried in layouts/mylay/layout.php change:

if($config['status']['serverStatus_online'] == 1)

but it isnt help me, moreover i tried change something here (config-and-functions.php):
