if plaeyr Stays online for 1 hour player gets xxxx 1 item Etc with meesage and effects "You gained 4 crystal coins for playing , youl get more if you stay online for another hour"

Why not just use an onThink?
You could take the player's last login time and compare it to the current time, instead of targeting an individual player you could do this for all players..

Too many addEvent's active on a server can produce a lot of lag, because they are separate threads running, also they are prone to crashing a server if care is not taken when constructing scripts.
