Stian's Zaypay script php_openssl.dll

Well stian doesnt wanna help me so im asking you guys.

At step three in php.ini i dont have extension=php_openssl.dll
and in php\ext i dont have php_openssl.dll file.

So im wondering how do you guys install it without the php_openssl.dll file.

Ive tried adding extension=php_openssl.dll in php.ini and downloaded the php_openssl.dll file but it still didnt work.

Help me please, rep++
