Stone pile

Is there a script or itemID for a loose stone pile that I can place ontop of a mountain? I have itemID 1335 which is just a stone pile, but is there a way I can use a shovel on it? Im not sure what file to change, or where.

There are fake and real stone piles. real ones are like 350-500 range I beleive
