Stop frame before first step in game

Anybody know how to remove lag before first step to move in any direction?
Or distinguish exhaused, spells have own and move have own. When walking, spell cast did not disturb?

this isn't a tibia problem, it's due to your keyboard's repeat rate

if you hold it down, it will activate once, recognize it is still pushed down after some ms and then keep repeating as long as the key is held down, at a different interval.
