Strange items ingame, nothing on RME.

Hello, everything looks cool in RME, but when I login into game theres few nowanted items. (doors)

Anyone know how may I fix it?

the problem is that I cant just copy from RME to OT or from OT to RME.

When I copy those 2 files from OT to RME I got same shit, many doors in the middle of dp, even if I delete them they will appear when I'll reopen map, cant fix that.

also when I copy from RME to OT its like this:
