Strange problem with War Mode by ELF

Hi I am writing because I have a strange problem about the War Mode to ELF, because at some time still pops something like:

21:45 plaques for Dry has just won the war against More.
21:45 Aggressive has just won the war against More.
21:45 More has just won the war against Oblivion.
21:45 Seriwane has just won the war against Narvik.
21:45 for the deadly plaque has just won the war against deadly.
21:45 Tevipsa is gejoza he has just won the war against Kasa he.
21:45 Vents Team has just won the war against never for ever.

And always the same and then disappear for a moment shields and if someone sticks to War frags please help how to fix this problem.
