Hello
I would like to know if is a script which make impossible attack a summon monster by monsters and players?
For example summon demon can't be attacked by monsters and players.

If you want to create a CERTAIN demon who can't be attacked, but allowing normal demons to be attacked, create a new monster like so.

Go into your data\Monsters\demons folder and create a new file called customdemon.xml

then, open your monsters.xml and add this line
