Windows summons keep on living?

Hello i'm new here and i just got my first ot online. (tfs 0.3.6)
I don't know what i did, but i think it happened after i was trying to get a pvp arena.
When i kill a summon, it keeps alive untill the summoner is dead.
This is kind of annoying because many people in my server are getting trapped by them.<_<
Can anyone help or tell me what to do?:(
