No it's server source and client source edit.
 
In my humble opinion you should also edit original Tibia Client. Two versions: otclient and original client.
 
I have no clue about editing original client.

Summy:
-has storage 1001, 1002 set to 1

[A] Summ:
-has stroage 1003 set to 1

Red stone will be gone if you have storage 1001 => 1
Stairs will be gone if you have 1002 => 1
and
Mossy stone will be gone if you have 1003 => 1

Does it only work for Otclient?
 
I did not change anything on the client yet (for the latest system ofc)
So I see no reason why it wouldn't work on the normal client.

The basic method is:
Only send an item to client if the player doesn't have the actionid of the item set as a storage.
You are able to walk onto items which you don't see and you cannot use them or look at them.
 
Its pretty cool, but I think i'd better if instead of colors it was more details, like for broken maybe make parts of it chipped off, or wear'd out. Just stuff like that, good job though looks awesome!

Do the same with npc's, would be epic for quest-lines so a player can only see a certain npc if they're up to that required part of the quest-line

damn i alwasy thought about this for quests and such but never thought it was possible o_O

WOw, really nice! So the player can go through and stay on the mossy stone aswell while the GM with the storage sees it? (It's like the player just going through it)
 
No doubt OTclient just rock if we speak about creating new great stuff : D
