They will disappear instantly, PayPal will hold the money in custody until the case is over.

Most likely, yes.

I suggest that you withdraw the money asap.

Yh any donations above €40 total is a deffo withdraw now. He will chargeback on the grounds it was mommy and daddy's credit card.
If he does chargeback - ip ban him and delete his account

LoL Did he only sent 30 euro or? He bought LoL accs? for it

he sent €30 5 times.. thats 150.. WHO donates that much voluntarily to a potential short term server..

Obviously planning to chargeback when his mommy finds out he "used her card w/o her knowledge"

I have withdraw the money now, also i think he will try to take back the money.

Well, let him try. What you think, i should win the fight (When paypal takes the money)
I got loggs that he got what he buy and more. Also i have my paypal acc for long time now, i have premium account and also my credit card registred on the paypal account. (Hes account was just an random name and shitty [email protected] mail)

Because of my premium membership and my card is connected to that paypal account i can't just close the account ;p

Talk to the guy in-game. There's an obvious difference between a little kid using their parent's card and an older individual who invests their money in things they enjoy most at the time.
I've had a few people donate amounts like that, some chargeback, and some are the latter. It's usually pretty easy to tell also.

I agree but to be safe take the money out first..

@OP

Though IF paypal gets disputed, they have the right to withdraw the funds back from your bank account anyway..
If you do get disputed, ring paypal up rather than via internet. Explain them your situation, and it is set up as a donation rather than a shop for a virtual product. (they do not cover protection for this service so be adament that THIS is NOT what you are offering. IT was only a donation.)

Therefore they are donating voluntarily and it does not give them access to anything or products - you just happen to send them a gift for doing so.

Tell them, you made contact with him/her when you thought it seemed suspicious and they confirmed it was on their behalf (get them to confirm it and screen shot the conversation and save it for reference.

In game "hey, i noticed you made a high volume donation multiple times - can i confirm you did this?" or something similar
Then ask (if yes) "ok, are you the holder of the (card, account)?"

If you take the necessary steps to ensure you checked to verify the payment's legitimacy and you beleive it was done under good intentions then you most likely will win the case with the evidence + phone calls you make. Chances are the donator will be coordinating via internet. Actually talking to them gives you the upper hand.

If he disputes, don't delete his acc straight away just ban him temporarily for a few days while you ring/coordinate with paypal.
If it is resolved and you keep the money - unban him.
If he wins and you lose the money + charges then delete his account.
Check ips of other accounts registered to him just incase he has given items etc to other account.

regards

p.s. he may not dispute it nevertheless it is good to be prepared
