Hello guys,
I see some people struggeling with some issues that are simple (you just need to know them) Thats why i made this FAQ.
I pmed Ninja a few weeks about it, and he/she said to me to give it a try, so here we go.
Feel free to give any feedback.
Q = Question

Q: I have a code, but what tag should i use?
A: If you right-click on the file were the code is in, use properties and you will see that what kind of file it it. (HTML, LUA, PHP, XML)
Q: What kind of tags are there?

Q: I have a private TFS version, can i get support here?
A: No you cant, you need to have acces to the Premium boards.
Q: How do i get premium, so i can get support for my private TFS version?
A: You can get premium at this page Become premium member
Q: I cant find a script, can i request it here?
A: No you cant, The Support board is only for support. If you need a script, please use the Requests board.
Q: I made a post, but nobody reply'd on it, what can i do?

Q: Can i use any other language then english on the support board?
A: Its not allowed to use any other language then english. If english isnt your native language, you can use a friend or use Google Translate
Q: I asked a question and a member of otland solved my issue, how can i change the prefix?
A: Edit your first post, Go advanced, Change the prefix there (near the title)
Q: Somebody helped me and i want to give him rep+ , But i cant find were the rep button is.
A: The rep button is a small image

Q: When im trieing to bump (Bring Up My Post) my tread, i only get a updated post, why is that?
A: You are allowed to bump (Bring Up My Post) your thread each 24 hours.
Q: When i have a problem, what information should i give in the thread?
A: Give as much information as possible, for example: Screen of console errors, Script, Did you change anything, What TFS version your using. But do NOT give any passwords or other private information that can harm your server and/or private life.
Q: I have a question about mapping, is this the right place to be?
A: You can try this http://otland.net/f16/mapping-support-29945/ thread, if you cant find your answer there, your more then welcome to ask in the support section.
Q: What can i do to increase the change to solve my problem besides posting in support section?
A: You can use the search function, you can use Google or any other search machine.
Q: A moderator gave me a warning, but i dont know what the rules are.
