Support for avesta 7.4 server

I downloaded avesta that works with 7.4 client from herehttps://code.google.com/p/avesta74/downloads/detail?name=Avesta.7z
I need help setting up the ACC website and I'm wondering if someone can link me to a ACC that is compatible with this server. Also I need a tutorial for the ACC on how to get my database up and running. Please and thank you.
