Greetings OTLand.

I've got sort of a problem regarding my laptop. So I'm going to get straight to the problem.
First; I'm running my laptop on a Windows Vista Buisness operative system.

Then, the problem;

When I'm trying to install a software, such as Windows Live Messenger or Remeres mapeditor, as well as anti-virus softwares.
It always gets shutted down after a various time of the installation. But suddenly, I receive an error. It says:

"An error occred during the installation of assembly 'MIcrosoft.VC90.CRT,version="9.0.21022.8",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32". Please refer to Help and Support for more information."

I have absolutely no idea of what the problem can be.

EDIT: I cannot even install windows updates, as I occur the same error as posted!
 
Contact microsoft and send the code. They'll help you better than otland lol
 
Except the majority of the people here do not have any idea what you're talking about =P
 
Then I'm refering this thread to members who are familiar with English, as everything I wrote is pretty understandable. Just the code that may be unreadabled ;D
