Support section is so fucked now, it was fun to help people but now is so annoying, now it is full of shit, no decent questions, and they don't even ask properly, the thread looks more like a spam post or something I really don't know, is like 3 words thread content, and they talk about something different than what the thread title says, bah... fuck it all.

Ah, also would like to say that I dislike the donation support board, I hate the fact that people have more rights to get help just because they pay, specially because most of donators are just an ass bastard that just donated to get some rights or so, they don't even understand the meaning of the donation.

I agree with your first point. It's really disgusting since people even try to help them but they ain't understanding it.

To your second page. Yes I'm asking questions in donation section since I need some help aswell. But I know what donation means. It should let Otland alive. But I'm donating Elf's project aswell, so In my opnion im not someone who is thinking that I got more rights. But I use them xd
 
Instead of complaining for the support section, why don't you report threads that are not written properly as you say? Ignorance maybe? I also checked the section, I only found 2 wrongly-posted thread there & one request for a distro.

Just because you are so "smart" and "allknowing" does not give you the right to brief and think you are better then everyone else. There is alot of new people to the community that might have dumb questions, but everyone is different. And therefor they all have different questions. It's like if you were to ask me "why should I use div's instead of tables" and I would start complaining ect because you asked me a stupid question. But in your eyes that would not be a stupid question since you did not know.
Understand, that everyone was a noob once. So your complaint is making me just wanting to puke all over you.

When it comes to the donation thing, are you now crying about it because you soon are loosing donationship? People that donate are helping us, and therefor they deserve better support since we this server does not pay for itself.

Please get something to really complain about next time, since this was just a waste of forumspace and really gave me a big laugh today. So thanks for that tho.
 
Im not crying because I'll lose donationship soon, because I'll be donating until this projects ends, I really like it, I will support it to the end. I understand noob questions, but not the way they ask them, which is what I'm complaining about. And about reporting stuff, that may be true, but it is also not my main job here, so I guess you have not the right to claim me for not doing it, instead of it, you should tell your mods teammate to be more focused on that section, and I didn't post this because I seen to many "wrong posted" posts in that time, It is something that I have been seeing with the time, like the support board is decaying. Not complaining, just telling. And I'm still a noob, I don't think that I know more than anybody.

Actually, I do have the right to claim you for that. You're complaining that we don't take care of that section while you don't even waste half a minute of your life to report wrong-posted threads or bad posts, we're not robots to check every section simultaneously. This is also the main reason why the report function exists, for users to use it. That's like complaining that your local police department didn't act against a legal issue of your family while you didn't even report it to them.

Actually what nclx says is true, users become more and more lazy and don't even bother to describe their problem. Some threads look like:

It can get only better from now on. The forums update is coming soon and we will probably have a modbot, which will help us mods to inform those who break the rules what they did wrong, without much hassle.

Yep, I agree too, I do not usually visit that but I do understand exactly the point.
But I do agree with Dell too, Report Function does exit.
 
If you make it sound like you are a real idiot, or your problem can be solved with the simplest googleing people should even bother to answer. And if you don't even describe your problem you don't deserve an answer.

There is no such thing as a decent question, every question is a good question because the person asking it is in need of your/others help, therefore they think it is decent.
Instead of thinking how bad of a question it is try and help them.
+They may not ask properly because they may not be your Language+
Most people I do not understand but I at least try and help them.
You should too..
 
Atleast they can try to describe the problem so it'll be much easier to help.
