Support With one Spell

Well im needing one Flame Strike, but it only can be used with target (like exori hur), and if don't have a target,
go show one message IN CONSOLE BLUE, saying You Need a Target....

And i need to put the cooldown, and the cooldown show too in CONSOLE BLUE...

And when the player use the spell, don't show the ''spell key'' but show the name of spell,
cuz in my server to use the spells, is s1,s2,s3.... i want to player use this but show with orange color
the name of spell....

you need a spell what need a weapon to use?

send message in console blue if you don't have weapon saying "you need weapon to use this spell"

shows spellname in orange color. (use search and add emoteSpells = false and put true in Config.lua)
