That does not exist. You must make it yourself.

Look for Avesta or maybe OTHire

try tfs 0.4 rev 3884

Tfs 3777 is alot more stable on linux. But on windows 3884 seems to work better.

Avesta is the best for older versions.

There was some 0.4 created at the premmy boards. If im not misstaken it was also sold and approved by Mark for some reason?
