This server is PVP-Enforced with rl map.
Stages:
1-20 = 30x
21-40 = 25x
41-70 = 15x
71-90 = 10x
91-100 = 5x
101-999 = 3x
If a lvl 100 kill a lvl 140 solo he will gain 2 lvls. So the pvp enforced is not that hard.
If you kill a lower lvl then yourself, you wont get any exp.
The skull system is as usual 4 for rs and 7 for ban.
