Your server is full of bugs.

1. Xodet doesn't give free wand of vortex/snakebite rod
2. Boat NPC doesn't work so you can't leave enter ankrahmun/darashia/edron/etc.
3. Bank NPC doesn't change gold.

You should have the server play tested before putting it online.
