The methods are:

Create a guild and have 10+ members all lvl 165+.More Info Here.
Reach a certain level and get points.
Level 300 - 10 points.​

Kill a few dragon lords and you're 100. 20 more minutes tops and you're 200. Sorry, not very interesting, high rate real servers just get boring almost instantly. Consider lowering the rate and fixing the huge lag spikes. Also maybe remove or reduce spawns in Island of Destiny, I'm not sure where you're going with this server but I would play a 9999999x server if I wanted to go around instantly killing 10+ DLs/SS/Demon/etc with no cost.
