The server is perfect!! we only need more people, then it could be the best server ever!

This is a modern server using an oldschool system, just like tibia should be. A big, attractive map using the fair and fun gameplay of oldschool-style (see versions 7,1 > 8,0 depending on the most great features). Ofcourse we have all the new quests as we use the modern system, no worries.

We're at the moment two players in the crew, call us Admin Pinkfrog & Gamemaster. We've been hosting two successfull OTS in the past with both having 100+ players, great uptimes and feedback.

As we aim for an oldschool system we mainly focus on the pvp'ing. This is some of the futures we have changed or removed for best available playing:

  • Yalahar has been removed because it simply does not fit in the oldschool system - it will make people powerlevel too fast and guildwars here will be in vain
  • The lame hotkey-using funtion is removed. No explanation should be necessary for true tibia- and warpeople
  • Blackskull is removed
  • Stairjumping for PZ-function is removed
  • Gathering into Protection Zone after hitting skulled player-function is removed
  • The old rune system is being used. This will say that it will be the old rune-damage, old spell-names (I.E. exevo mort hur instead of exevo vis hur), exori vis/flam/mort in front of caster etc
  • Regarding the old rune system, you will although not be able to create runes at the oldschool levels because you would in fact go superprofit with making SD's with 220 mana or UH's with 100 mana buying mana potions/life rings. You will simply be able to create these just as the modern system, SD's at level 45, UH's at level 24 and using ultimate explosion at level 60.
  • The disturbing "monster loot messages" have been removed.
  • Possibilities to buy potions other than normal mana potions have been removed and it is now necessary to use UH's on your characters.
  • The monsters immunities to runes have been completely removed, i.e. you don't have to hunt demons with icicles instead of sudden death anymore.

Everything is fixed, the staff is about to bugtest the server for the remaining days :)

sounds intresting both me and my team are oldschoolers :P so this could show up as a great mix, i will update later what i think about it :D

garbage ot, just another realmap but worse.
that depends :P on what ots you like, i always tend to play oldschool OTS but this one could turn out fun actually :P i will definitely give it a shot keep the job up chillera (y)

I'm very glad to hear that folks, it will be fun playing with you for sure :)

Bamm: how can you really say that this server is "garbage", you have not even been online and this system is unique. I'll be glad to hear your constructive feedback once the server has come online :)


Edit - for those of you who are interested we're around ten people online, 5v5 testing the war-feeling, balances and damages. Seems like it is actually perfect at the moment! ;)
 
Server Information is updated, (read everything on our forums)

Everything in rune-shops has been fixed, all the quests have been tested and is running perfectly (inquisition, poi, etc). We have also made a few details to the damage :)
Few changes such as lowering the houseprices from 700g > 300g per squaremeter!

more info while we get further on with the testing :)



edit - fixed the monsters, removed the immunities to spells on ALL creatures like back in the days, now you won't have to hunt demons with icicles etc. :p Also fixed some with the droprates from some monsters, whereas dragons is a favourite huntingspot at lowerlevels for gaining money, and we slightly, just slightly, increased the droprates on dragons. More to come!
