I checked out tibianic and my first impression was that they use a custom client with custom sprites. that is not 7.4, not for me.
Also I do not agree with you Khalifa, my thoughts are the opposite. There is too much shit now adays. keep it going Dip'ah.

gl then on server with 15 ppl online bro. have fun. and tibianic is 7.4 just with few changes that doesnt change 7.4 feeling.

You need certain levels to create threads and posts.
To create a thread you must be level 20 or above, to create a post you need to be level 10 or above
This is to keep assholes and spammers away
