This is a medium rate server, but cant say much more than that without seeing the server sounds like just another rl ot though

yes and many with much bugs and admins never fix them or overpower donations this server will be weekly updated no donation items long time server

You can atleast have a shop with mounts/outfits/CCs and normal items from ingame. It sucks without anything in the shop.
And yes, as above, i think you could higher the lootrate to 3x instead :)
