Rates:

Rook: 1-8 = 30x
8 - 25 = 110x
25 - 60 = 50x
60 - 100 = 30x
100 - 150 = 10x
and 150+ = 5x

Loot is: 2x
Skill: 20x
Magic: 12x

And NO this is not just a "download -> Run -> Get money" server, it will be serious and stay online. All profits will go towards the server.
