[Sweden] Othera 8.5 Epic RL Map - No resets

Othera has been worked on for a long time and offers alot of features you don't find on other RL Maps. One of them are no resets.

We focus alot on the PVP and have balanced the vocations to almost perfection.
The rates is also adjusted to be fit with PVP players and to keep the levels balanced in fights (That means not running around spamming ue to win)
And no plans of having any resets at all!

Yea from 8,4 to 8,5 since I failed with the database.

However it's been up 2 months now since I updated to 8.5 without any resets.
