Fixed a few NPC bugs, alongside some Quest Bugs.

Addon Bonuses 100%
9.60 Spells are Working 92%~
9.60 Paladin Weapons 100% Working
9.60 Items Working 70-85%

Ongoing Event:

We will be adding VIP (which will only cost 6 Points) in the next couple of days. You will then have access to 4 new cities, with a total of 10 new quests and a LOT of new hunting places.
