Added 4 New Spells

1.spell for Legendary Elite Knight (utura gran)

2.spell for Legendary Royal Paladin(utura)

3.spell for Legendary Master Sorcerer (exori gran vis)

4.spell for Legendary Elder Druid (exori gran tera)

Also Lowered Hits Of exori gran frigo.

Added Legendary promotion to npc Pro Items Seller (WARNING read legendary promotion item)

and some small bugs fixed

Hay,

The server laggs and vocations arent balanced >.<
And the heals sucks..
Lvl 900 EK ml 15 around 5k heal with UHP *LOL*

And people block spawns.. and max one support.
Not a good ot.

yes 900ek heals 3.5k-5k with uhp
