Table 1638 is not working

As title says the table with id 1638, that is inside some houses and can be moved, dont works in my server since I update it to OTX.
Please help.

Remove item 1638 via the map editor on the location given in the error.

The thing is that it is supposed to be open-able as its used in (shop) houses, but in this case it can't. So we can't remove them as they are of value to the server, but we need to make them able to function somehow. No errors in console so I'm guessing lack of script?
