"What's sad is people like you who have no idea how much time we put into working on the server and never really appreciate anything we do."

People ofc appreciate it, but do you want a thread about it to say thanks or whats up, why wouldnt people like that you work on the server?
How to let you guys know we like what you do? Ofc we know you guys are workign on the server alot.


"It wasn't about a "simple script", all bank NPC's have their own scripts and changing something in one of the NPC's, we have to do the same thing in the other NPC's too."

I don't know if you can do scripts and CSS on tibia, like you can when you do a homepage, but im pretty sure its pretty easy to make a "CSS" for the bank npc's, so when you change one they all change at the same time.

What you are calling CSS, is what I meant with library (if you had read my full post). I don't need people to say thanks or show that they appreciate our work, but I don't want people to act like assholes when something isn't working.

well it does... and its kinda recall function
make 1 script were the bank system works and all npcs would recall it ...

but sometimes you cant do it cuz of uniqe things

and i guess some ppl have thanked Mark many times...

and i even did a thread about it some time ago... but i will bump it just for you Mark

Let us just quote the post he responded to in here aswell.

Pretty fucking sad that u cant even fix a simple script that makes your players lose cash. Then make a fucking sigh into every bank that says ALL CASH WILL BE THROWN INTO YOUR MAIN BACK SO WITHDRAW ONLY 20 SPOTS THEN CHANGE BACKPACK.

The response that Mark gave to that, fitted well into the conversation in my opinion.

We don't really ask anything in return for spending most of our free time on this server. We do this because it's fun and because we like it. Do you know what the best reward is? When a players says things like "Hey, I just wanted to say that this is the best OT ever!" or "Nice work! Great OT!". Those messages are what makes it worth all the effort and time spent.

When you've got a list with 200 things, that are equally important - it can sometimes be hard to choose what to start fixing. We can't do everything at the same time, and things that just takes "a few minutes" becomes hours when they are many.

Well, i dont know when this theard start, but Yes Im agree with Hanni, I know you guys just want a Thank You sometime, The only possible way i Have to show my love for the ot is by Donnating. And If you check your paypal account you will realise HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU GUYS. Only you guys were able to put on a server everything that I was looking for a long time ago. Im from Chile, I was a GM and a Official reseller for Ossian Server, but let me tell you that none in the 8 years I've been playing Ot server were able to do what you have done. I see your effort every day with the updates, ofcourse sometime things are not going to work like you want but still you have to see the good side of the things. Once again Nice work.
