Lua Talkaction

Hi i need a talkaction is namelock, this command is used on character for block his character, look is not like name report, this talkaction namelock the character and when the char try to log in appears a messege saying:
Your character has been namelocked.

But also you can enter account manager or to other char.
I repeat this talkaction dont change the name just namelock the character XD. the caharcter cant be used, if a god or a cm can unnamelock like /unnamelock Tester and for namelock is /namelock Tester.

Create a new talkaction and a Lua script.
Alternatively you can use a mod or buffer in XML file.
