Talkactions doesn't work

Hello, I have OT Server 8.6 but when I write gm/cm/god/tutor talkactions like /a 2 /i /s /b - they don't work. But works only simple player talkactions like !commands, !addons !spells !serverinfo.
Can someone help me with it? What I suppose to do?

Which server do you use?
If you start your server, you can see this on the first line.

What happens when you use them?
If you use TFA 0.3/0.4 set group_id in players to 6.
If you use TFS 0.2, set group_id in players to 3 and type in accounts to 5.

The OTX Server Version: (2.60 - ) - Codename: (Alissow)

There's no TFA or TFS version. Just OTX version (2.60).

I changed rights from god to gamemaster and finally I can use commands (they are working) but only with GM, i want use them with GOD or Community Manager

Do you get any errors when saying the commands?

nothing, only in log said: Cannot execute this command (it means that i dont have right to do it). But when i look on myself its written: God. But don't have enough rights. I think something wrong in scripts..
