Lua Task system with npc Grizzly Adams

Find a system of missions in which the player can choose the mission he wants and can choose all the missions and perform the mission he wants and after completing the mission he gets the gift automatically and doesn't have to return to the NPC to be rewarded
The gift would be two things like 2160 5cc and an item like 7407 1
Does anyone have such a scripts? I searched for it a lot and everything I found does not match the description and is not good
