For example: every day at 10 PM for 10 minut players can join this event by write command, afer this theyre Will be divided to 2 team. Something like this [MOD] Rush Event / Team Battle with scores

If you cant find it via search button, then probably there is no script for this, ready to run.

The rush mod that you attached could be adapted to TFS 1.3, it is not written properly but it should work. If you are not capable then pay someone to do it or rewrite it.
