Teleport player if monster have less than xxx hp.

As in title, I please to make for me script, where if monster "Gahrlor" have less than 500hp, server teleports player to other position and remove this monster.
I tried to do it, but I just can't. It's too hard for me. Anyone can explain or create this script for me?
I think, here must be in use function onAttack.

What player should be teleported? The last hitter or all players that are attacking it?

Hitter. But in area, where monster located is, can be just one player, so there is no difference.
