I have developed some pretty cool thing, and the server is almost flawless, there is just one small undone zone, but I did that intentionally, so you can have a little project of your own! I've seen this server in-game before.. It's a very good one! And has some pretty cool features, and a cool city along with a new type of gameplay.

It's not small, thats just the Main thing, it's a teleport map with around 80+ spawns and 50+ quests.
