Using Window like this one

"Pick your favorite color!" should be cities and towns
Red to Engima..etc

I'm pretty sure that you are talking about the Modal Windows that is been implemented on version 9.7, if it is, then it can be possible doing in TFS 0.4. Because the normal client doesn't support it.

you have to do source edits if you want a modal window (you'll have to use chatchannels instead of the actual modalwindow UI)
