Can anyone tell me where i can find a VPS ( 3 cores cpu , 4 gbs ram , 100mb net , cheap ) with windows 32bit?

first of all there is no 32x bit with 4GB ram
32x can read up to 3 GB
64x can read up to 256GB ram

@EvilSkillz Windows 7 x64 addresses only 192 GBs maximum. Windows Sever Datacenter 2012 is 4 TBs.
