Test my server see if it lags

Hello. Could anybody log in to my account manager via 1/1 and create a account so you can test if there is any lag on my server. It would be good.
The ip is 199.15.254.10
8.54 client
make acc at 1/1


Post please here if its laggy or not and wish country you leave in.. Please ?

It's fine for me.If someones got bad internet connection it will lag.But for me it's good.
