As the subject says, this is my first tibia website template. All feedback is welcome. What can I do better and what's good?

Plain and good, Nothing that really hurts my eyes.

But all the Menu bar items have creappy borders ... that all(| News |) that could be something else or maybe a top border to?

Real simple.
The bars across the top (gray and blue ones) don't stretch them side to side, stretch them to the sides of the content.
