Lua Text on spell cast

On certain servers there are texts showing some information about spell that has just been cast. Could that also work on monsters? When monster uses certain <attack> ability then also leave a short message?

I don't really understand what you want. Can you tell me which servers so I can look at it and help you

For instance, monster casts Firebomb and there is a monster text comeing up above it's head, Firebomb!. I can't remember which ots was that.

I had it on my server too when a boss uses a strong attack

Its like a creature casting a spell with emotespells and the spellname

Or my wannabe pl noob pk spamming exura xD

Just add in the spell line

To the spell in function onCast

0x13 - its type of text (monstersay) written in hex.
