Which version is the best at the moment if you were to start a server? What is the differences between the three versions?

Is 0.3.7 and 0.4 the same? Where can you get the sources for TFS 0.4?

To get 0.4 sources you need to be premium member on OTland

0.2.x is most stable, but you need to add many functions manually to make scripts compatible with your server
0.3.7 for 9.6 is available only for otland premium, is capable of many things, but it comes with lesser stability

things from 0.4 from what I heard were pushed into 0.3.7
