Let's suppose you're not trolling, when the console says: " No such file or directory" it means that the file does not exist or you configured the .xml with the incorret file name.

"Duplicate registered instant spell with words:" it means that in your files spells.xml there are multiple spells using the same spell words, maybe you tried copying and pasting without altering something?

Also, a lot of these "data/spells/scripts/attack/samuel29.lua:2: '=' expected near 'local'" it means some kind of coding error in your scripts, can't say for sure what they are unless you post them.
