Hi,
I'd like a system that gives every weapon in the server a random quality rating (0-100), and is shown when you look at the item.
The quality needs to have an impact on the damage of the weapon, higher qaulity/higher damage, lower quality/lower damage.
I would also need an item that when used on any weapon, will permanently increase the weapons quality by 1.
If nobody is prepared to do this for free, I will offer to pay through PayPal.
