Compiling tfs 0.3.6pl1

How can I change the version of my tfs 8.54 to 8.60,without errors might happen with tfs, because whenever I try to change only in resources and compiles all normal, but when are you going to test weapons or spells or anything else, it is debugging.

how can change correctly from 8.54 to 8.60? thanks.
