Compiling TFS 0.4 Only For Linux?

I have this problem because when I want to compile TFS 0.4 on Windows pops up:

cannot find -lcryptopp 
C:\Documents and Settings\Tomek\Pulpit\0.4\dev-cpp\Makefile.win [Build Error]  [TheForgottenServer.exe] Error 1

And when they compile the same source on Linux everything worked ...
Maybe someone once sent to me this tfs already compiled.

Your Dev-Cpp is missing CryptoPP library.

I download Crypto++ library from: Crypto++ Library 5.6.1 - a Free C++ Class Library of Cryptographic Schemes
And how to install this in dev-cpp?

I compiling with Stian's Repack Dev-Cpp, and here in folder include are folder "cryptopp"

Ok, compiling started, and after compiling in Compiler i see:

[General Error] Too many messages; abort.
There must be something terribly wrong with your code. Please fix it.

And a only part of Compile Log: Kod: 76165 WKLEJTO.PL Darmowa wklejka, na zawsze!

yes it crash with warsystem on windows and they made it for warsystem so it's for linux only :S
