Windows TFS 1.0 (10.31) closing error

After compiling newest rev I'm getting error everytime I shut TFS down.
I've tried both - 32 and 64 bit version(with correct lib files) in release mode(VS 2013 Express).
No warnings/errors during compilation, I followed tutorial from project wiki page.

Windows 7 Home 64 bit, source downloaded when project had 804 commits.
I pasted only required by application libraries. Is something missing or what?

This will always happen when it still is loading something and you try to close it.
Edit: It could be fixed at a later occasion but it's not a priority as it has no effect on the server.

Well, it didn't happen before and now it happens all time, no matter what is server doing.
How can I shut it down without clicking on X or killing the proccess?

Edit: Well, thank you. That was what I was worrying about, but if it has no effect on server stability it's ok.
