I have a problem with potions not dissapearing when used.

Console is showing an error: Item not found when it tries to remove it.
 
I cannot reproduce this error with default data pack, when was the last time you compiled TFS 1.0?

Wow!
I realized that it's working anywhere except inside buildings. But it's working on second floors of ramdom buildings too.
Maybe is a map problem?

Also there isn't exhausted on using them, and in tiles where previously didn't have the problem if you keep using potions they bug.
