tfs 1.1 compiling

May anyone know how to fix this error I have visual studio express 2013,boost files 1.58, tfs 2.0 trying to compile this.

You are using MPIR libs for MSVC 2013 with MSVC 2015.

Either get the MPIR libs for 2015 or compile them yourself. You can find all the info you need on MPIR's site.
